Purepatrimony products?
All our products are handcrafted in Morocco. Our products are therefore not 100% identical. Product colors may be slightly different on two similar pieces. Small flaws are not, it’s part of the charm of handcraft.
The materials used
The materials we use are completely natural. Wool, organic cotton, vegetable silk is selected by us, the colors can be either natural, that is to say undyed, or made in pure vegetable tint, that is to say using flowers , leaves, roots, etc … which make the wool of an unequaled softness.
In addition, being natural, vegetable tints allow you to wash your items without any problem.
Here is finally a product that satisfies those who are looking for original and exclusive pieces and who wish to have an ecological and artisanal product made with respect for nature and in particular for Man, from the point of view of the end consumer, and from the point of view of view of the human dignity of the artisan worker.
How does the site work ?
The e-shop offers two types of products:

The dimensions indicated on each product are approximate, because all our products are handcrafted in an artisanal way, so not to the nearest millimeter. The items are sized by the hands of our craftsmen,
A product is sold out, will it come back?
The basics will always be restocked, on the other hand for the collections we offer limited editions, so first come, first served.

PACKAGE TRACKING
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email containing a link to be able to track your package.
It is possible that your package may be left in storage at a boutique parcel near you where you can collect it.

Receipt of my package
Do I have to pay import taxes?
We are based in Morocco, so different tax rules and other customs fees may apply. These costs will be at your expense
If you are in Morocco, then you will not be charged any import tax.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How to make a return, an exchange?
You have seven days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us for reimbursement if they are not suitable.
Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is non-refundable. Customers should provide us the return parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensation once we receive the items.
Please put each item back in its original packaging to ensure a smooth refund and to facilitate the work of our logistics workshop.

NB:
– Knowing that each item is subject to quality control, these products being of artisanal origin, slight imperfections will not be attributable to our e-shop and will not give rise to complaints.
-We do not do standard exchange. For a new size, another model or another color, just order again on the e-shop.
-The items that will not reach us in perfect condition will not be exchanged and will be used for charities.
Non complying product
The product received does not correspond to the product ordered. Purepatrimony acts as a third party to validate the non-compliance. If this is true, the buyer will be reimbursed and the seller will have to recover his part and reimburse all the costs of the customer.
Refunds
Refund against return only, via Paypal OR bank Transfert.
