Our sales contract is valid at the end of 7 days after receipt of the goods.

PACKAGE TRACKING
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email containing a link to be able to track your package.
It is possible that your package may be left in storage at a boutique parcel near you where you can collect it.

Do I have to pay import taxes?
We are based in Morocco, so different tax rules and other customs fees may apply. These costs will be at your expense
If you are in Morocco, then you will not be charged any import tax.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How to make a return, an exchange?
You have seven days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us for reimbursement if they are not suitable.
Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is non-refundable. Customers should provide us the return parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensation once we receive the items.
Please put each item back in its original packaging to ensure a smooth refund and to facilitate the work of our logistics workshop.
